I called Grey's after another company gave me very poor service, (never showed up). I called on a Friday at 2:00 and expected to be told they would be there on Monday. Instead, they were there in 20 minutes and solved my shower drain problem quickly and at a reasonable price.

The only complaint I have is he did not call to inform us he was going to be late. The only way I found out was I called him 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to make sure he was still coming. I understand things come up but at least call and let your next appointment know you are running behind.

Got in touch with us right away, kept us informed of arrival time to our job. Informed us of the time allotment for our job and when he needed parts approx time he would need to get the correct part. Overall excellent service.
